Assignment
This project involved designing a pop-up marble track as part of the WOP course. The structure had to remain below 140 mm in its starting position and only expand beyond this height when activated by a rolling marble. It was required to guide a 50 mm marble smoothly to the next track at a height of 160 mm, enabling multiple tracks to be connected into one continuous chain.

My Design Process & Learning
The most valuable aspect of this project was not only the final prototype, but the structured design process behind it. Each team member developed an individual concept and produced detailed technical drawings, which allowed me to clearly present and justify my own design decisions even though my concept was not selected for the final version. Working systematically through ideation, prototyping, and iteration taught me how to approach engineering challenges in a methodical and well-documented way. This project strengthened both my technical abilities and my understanding of the complete design workflow
